Abstract
Maharashtra government initiated new education policy with the emphasis on e-learning during COVID situation. Prevalent systems of education urge for well equipped systemic change, resource mobilization, review of parent system & incorporated changes by adopting e-learning at the grass root in school education system. Efforts have initiated by concern authorities. Web based learning stresses Internet-based courses offered simultaneously and non-concurrently. Coordinated learning is a type of learning with direct communications among understudies and educators while at the same time utilizing on the web structures like gatherings and online talk. Topical examination of review reactions featured that elementary school staffs see that holes in learning, wellbeing and prosperity have expanded and disparities have extended during school terminations. The data also show that teachers have not been trained in online pedagogies.
