Abstract
The Indian judicial system is fair and transparent; nonetheless, one of the main criticisms is the lengthy process
of justice delivery; there is a vast backlog of cases that must be dealt with, causing significant delays in the
delivery of justice. A court case in the Indian judicial system, on the other hand, is reported to continue longer
than the production and proliferation of three generations in an Indian household. The current socio-political and
socioeconomic conditions in India force us to seek an adaptable system of justice administration. Arbitration
and Mediation, by dealing with cases in a timely manner, eliminates this argument. Arbitration and Mediation
have relieved the judiciary's burden in recent years, and hence can be considered as a viable alternative for
resolving disputes in the future. Arbitration and mediation are not a replacement for litigation; rather, they
would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our established court systems. The researcher covers a
comparative examination of the judicial process, arbitration, and mediation to resolve issues for quick justice in
this research paper.
