The findings of the study has helped to identified delinquents’ factors and served as source for guide to traditional institutions as keepers of communities, security agencies for managing security challenges in the country and government in general for policy making and developmental programmes. The research recommends the introduction of focal persons who will work in collaboration with traditional institution across the study area so as to identified households that manage with juvenile delinquents; An avenue should be established to consider identified delinquents children as part of social inclusion and reformative measures; The government and traditional institutions should work in collaborative ways for revival of cultural heritage in order to avoid escalation of moral decadence
