Abstract
Customer service is the direct one-on-one interaction between a consumer making a purchase and a representative of the company that is selling it. Offering amazing customer service is important if you want to retain customers and grow your business. This study done to know about the awareness on payment bank customer care services by rural area people, to find out the awareness on grievance redress procedure on payment banks by the rural area people. In this study , the researcher has involved 113 respondents through well structured questionnaire and used simple percentage analysis and garrette ranking technique to get result on this research. The study concluded that the companies also have to pay attention to educate the rural people regarding customer care services to get success in this competitive market. Then only the company can solve the problems of payment bank users. It is the key factor to get growth and profitability. Through the heavy advertisement the companies can get success.
