On human relations and their good and positive impact on the organizational climate that prevails in any institution, as the secret of the success of any project lies in the way it is managed, and that the progress or backwardness of countries can be traced back to the existing management in them. The research aims to know the level of administrative intelligence among the kindergarten managers, in order to achieve the objectives of the research, it was necessary to build a research scale (administrative intelligence (135) managers, and the results showed that the managers of kindergartens have administrative intelligence.
