Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the executive functions (hand function) in people with aphasia as a result of hemorrhagic and obstructive cerebral vascular injury, and a set of tests such as the Blanche du carne test and the stroup test were used based on the descriptive comparative approach that is appropriate for this study, on a sample chosen in an intentional way Taking into account the age factor. Where the sample consisted of 12 individuals suffering from Broca's aphasia, 06 persons suffering from cerebrovascular hemorrhagic injury and 6 persons suffering from obstructive cerebral injury. Where the results of the study showed that there is a difference between people with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular injury and people with obstructive cerebral injury at the level of hand function.
