Abstract
Brucellosis disease is transmitted primarily through the ingestion of unpasteurized milk products, from animals
to humans, and any part of the body may be affected. Hereby we are reporting a rare case which is significant
depending on the cutaneous manifestation. In a 54 aged male patient whose condition has been diagnosed by
serological examination. Standard antibiotics received by the patient, and thereby his lesions in the skin healed
fast. Even though cutaneous forms of brucellosis being so rare, infection with brucellosis should be considered
with skin findings also, especially endemic areas, as it is a significant point in differentiating other diagnosis
which have similar presentations.
