This intervention, tagged with: “Bureaucracy between Totalitarian Organization and Dysfunction” aims to analyze the bureaucratic phenomenon from its historical beginnings, and to highlight the studies’ attitudes about bureaucratic organization, both from its perspective as a totalitarian organization in Marx and Michaels and the rational proposition of Max Weber , or as a dysfunction posed by functional constructivists from Merton, Selznick and Goldener in their functional analysis of modern bureaucratic organizations
