Abstract
This study aims to explain the rights of the child to international covenants, agreements and special legal rules that guarantee him prevention and protection in the event of his delinquency.
This study concluded that the content and content of most international human rights covenants and agreements in general have allocated typical mechanisms and rules to protect the rights of children and protect them from delinquency, including what was concerned with rights such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the International Declaration of the Rights of the Child, including what was concerned with the rules of prevention and protection in the case of Delinquency, we mention in particular the typical rules for managing juvenile elimination affairs and the guidelines of Riyadh in addition to dealing with the child, as he has an independent legal center that must be taken into account with legal and legal texts of his own in the event of his deviation and committing acts described in the penalty, and it must be based on the principles of protection For the rights and prevention of delinquency, while working to reform and reintegrate it into society, in a way that contributes to building his personality in accordance with sound principles and ethical rules, making it a positive element within its surroundings, and protected from all the dangers of delinquency and deviation.
