Abstract
This paper examines the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), legal compliance, and corporate governance. It explores the evolution of CSR in corporate governance and its key components, including environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical business practices. The importance of legal compliance in corporate governance is highlighted, along with the challenges in ensuring compliance. The paper also discusses the alignment of CSR with legal requirements, the impact of CSR on legal compliance, and provides case studies of successful integration. Corporate governance practices for ensuring CSR and legal compliance, such as board oversight, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, are examined. Finally, the paper discusses emerging issues, potential solutions, and future trends in CSR, legal compliance, and corporate governance.
