Abstract
Developing the professional skills of future teachers begins at University, when the techniques of
teaching constantly model the future professional activity, which involves not only a certain set of knowledge, skills
and abilities in special disciplines (specialism disciplines), pedagogy, and psychology but also the practical
development of educational and organizational skills that allow to successfully engage in both educational and
professional practice, as well as in professional activities after graduation.Modern techniques of education create
conditions that are really close to various life situations, including school situations that require analysis and
organizational decision-making, and contribute to the purposeful and consistent development of educational and
organizational skills, and with them the formation of professional skills of future teachers.The article describes the
role and place of forms of organization of educational work in the system of professional training of future teachers
on the example of such techniques as an oral journal, methodical think tank, acting out fragments of lessons, school
of logic, “pinwheel”seminar, conference, discussion, role-playing, and business game.
