This project describes the design of RFID based security and access controlsystem for useinsolar chargingsystem inE-vehicle inside the charging bunks.The system combines RFID technology and biometrics to accomplish the requiredtask. When the RFID reader installed at the entrance of bunk to detects a number,the system get the user tag id and account details the database for a match. If boththe match and relay will be switch on belong to a registered user, access is grantedotherwise the system turns never permit the solar. The payment also be the countingwhilecharging.
