Abstract
The acronym ICT stands for "Information and Communication Technologies." When we refer to "ICT in Education," we mean "Teaching and Learning with ICT." Present-day students are inherently proficient in digital technology, regularly utilizing various digital resources for their educational needs. These students exhibit remarkable aptitude in harnessing ICT tools. School teachers, particularly at the higher secondary level, must adapt to meet the digital requirements of their students. In several foreign countries, online education is gaining traction, with the entire teaching and learning process, including assignments and examinations, taking place through online platforms. The Indian Government places significant emphasis on advancing online education. Within the school system, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been incorporated as a vital component of the Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA). The Government initiated the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Schools program in December 2004, subsequently modifying it in 2010. These changes were made to provide secondary level students with opportunities to enhance their ICT skills and cultivate an interest in computer-assisted learning. This scheme serves as a crucial means of bridging the digital divide among students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and geographical constraints. Teachers are encouraged to equip themselves with ICT skills, becoming proficient in both software and hardware operation. Nowadays, educators are encouraged to leverage online resources to facilitate their teaching. Higher education instructors are gradually shifting away from traditional chalk-and-board methods, instead opting for personal websites and blogs to disseminate lessons and instructions. This paper explores the potential of using "Blogs" as a teaching tool for instructing eleventh-grade students in Physics.
