Abstract
Children represent the nation's future and its citizens of the future; as such, they are a national treasure who should be safeguarded within the bounds of the law and nurtured in accordance with the requirements of India's constitution. The Indian constitution envisions a prosperous and harmonious community, and to that end, it protects a wide range of youth-oriented liberties. This study sheds light on issues plaguing the execution of the Juvenile Justice Act of 2015. Juvenile delinquency served as the conceptual foundation for the development of the juvenile justice system. The failure and criminal behavior of youngsters is a direct result of their inability to share the adult perspective on society. They don't fit neatly into criminal law's structures and procedures. The primary purpose of the juvenile justice system is to provide care and safety for minors who are in violation of the law.
