Abstract
This paper explores the early career researchers’ experiences of being school teachersand PhD students concurrently. During the doctoral studies, the early career researcher plays the dual role as a PhD student and school teacher. The study also highlights the problems of research students as well as school teachers at the doctoral studies process. An interview is a method of collecting the data. This study was conducted via a series of interviews in 2022.
