Abstract
The role of Rural Skills Training Institutes (RSETIs) is significant in elevating the caliber of youngnentrepreneurs/new start-ups in terms of improvement in their communication skills, accounting traits, basic financial
management skills, and knowledge about government facilities and imparting them with financial aids. Though many studies through light on effectiveness of these rural skills training institutes, some of the dimensions are still untouched, the present study tries to show other dimensions RSETIs. The present work has considered 10 districts of Karnatak state for its study (Viz., Uttara Kannada, Belgaum, Bijapur, Bagalkoti, Gadag, Dharwad, Haveri, Bellary, Koppal, and Raichur districts)
