Effectiveness of a Proposed Training Program for Developing Creative Teaching Skills among Arabic Language Teachers in Primary Schools (A Semi-Experimental Study on a Sample of Teachers in Hammam Dhalaa City, M'Sila Province, Algeria)

Abstract
This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of a proposed training program for developing creative teaching skills in three dimensions (planning, execution, and assessment) among Arabic language teachers in primary schools. The current study followed a semi-experimental design utilizing observation cards and an achievement test to assess the level of mastery of concepts and knowledge related to creative teaching. The study sample consisted of (30) male and female teachers randomly selected from Hammam Dhalaa City, M'Sila Province, Algeria during the academic year 2022/2023. After analyzing the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the following findings were obtained: statistically significant differences existed in the mean scores of teachers in the experimental group in the pre-test and post-test achievement test in favor of the post-test - statistically significant differences existed in the mean scores of teachers in the experimental group in the pre-test and post-test observation card for creative teaching skills in favor of the post-test. In light of the results, the researcher provided some suggestions, including utilizing the research tools and the proposed training program to enhance the performance of Arabic language teachers in primary schools during their service and develop their creative teaching skills.
