Abstract
This exploratory study aims to investigate the family-related emotional and cognitive security of
pupils across the three educational levels amid Contemporary Societal Changes. This Diagnostic
Analysis Seeks to Explore the Interrelationships Between the Cognitive, Emotional, and Familial
Dimensions of the Pupil Within the Broader Context of Societal Transformation and the Reality of
Their Cognitive and Emotional Security The study employs a descriptive analytical methodology,
utilizing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions conducted with a sample of 60 male
and female pupils from primary, middle, and secondary educational stages in the city of Sidi Bel
Abbès. Their ages range from 7 to 19 years.
The findings indicate that the social and cultural context experienced pupils today has significantly
undermined their emotional and cognitive security. This has resulted in diminished academic
achievement and information overload, Without reaching a state of cognitive and axiological
immersion.
