Abstract
Our study aims to know the most important developments in the consumption of the Algerian family by following the most important statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics (ONS), concerning the level of consumption expenditure of this family and the evolution of its income and expenditure for consumable and non-consumable food products and on the other hand, we try to identify to what extent large shopping centers contribute to expanding the circle of family consumption and what is the extent of their frequency.
