Every year, about one million young people in Vietnam enter the threshold of choosing a career at colleges, universities and vocational training institutions in order to find their own future. In order to choose a career, young people have researched and consulted through many information sources, many reference sources, in which factors such as family, school, teachers, friends, radio... have a great impact on the choice their profession. Through information, reference sources and factors about their own characteristics, young people choose for themselves a profession that is suitable for their capacity, interests, forte, and family economic conditions. Studying the factors affecting career choice will be the basis for the State to perfect policies and effectively implement career-oriented activities for young people.
