Abstract
The rising trend of women entrepreneurship is not only reshaping the business landscape but also
bringing about a significant shift in familial perspectives. Traditionally, societal expectations and gender
roles have often confined women to domestic responsibilities, limiting their opportunities for professional
growth and economic independence. However, as more women embark on entrepreneurial journeys,
families are beginning to recognize and appreciate the value of women's leadership and innovation. From
a familial perspective, rising women entrepreneurship is fostering a culture of empowerment and equality.
As daughters, sisters, wives, and mothers break free from traditional norms and pursue their
entrepreneurial ambitions, they serve as role models for future generations. Young girls witness firsthand
the determination, resilience, and success of women entrepreneurs, inspiring them to dream big and
shatter the glass ceiling. Moreover, women's entrepreneurship brings financial stability to families. As
women establish and grow their businesses, they contribute to household income and alleviate the
financial burden on their families. This economic independence not only enhances their self-esteem but
also enables them to provide better opportunities and resources for their children. Additionally, the
changing dynamics within families are promoting a more egalitarian division of household chores and
caregiving responsibilities. As women dedicate time and effort to their businesses, family members step
up to share household duties, including child-rearing and domestic chores. This redistribution of
responsibilities encourages a healthier work-life balance and strengthens familial bonds. The researcher
had considered women entrepreneurs to know familial perspective of rising women entrepreneurship and
found that changing dynamics within families are promoting more democratic division of household
chores and caregiving responsibilities and family understand that rising women entrepreneurship is
