Abstract
There is no doubt that the role of the Arab offices in mobilizing colonial trade in general has achieved tangible results in favor of colonialism itself. Algeria has become a commercial attaché for France, and perhaps what contributed to making the geography of the country with its wealth the object of France’s ambitions is that each of its regions has adapted to the administration from studying the land and location to monitoring its people and then direct administrative control is achieved through legislative laws and military control, which allows it to suppress the owners of the land according to legislation that it considers legal through executive decrees with application date .
