In the article, the situation caused by the socio-economic policy pursued by Soviet power in the country in the 20-iesof the last century and the causes of the tension caused by it were studied by analyzing the letters sent by citizens to official organizations. The scope of the issues raised in the letters, the social situation of the authors of the letter and other issues were analyzed.
