HARNESSING EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY AS THE CORNERSTONE FOR STRENGTHENING TEACHERS IN SCHOOLS
Abstract
One of the most important aspects of life is education, which involves a process of knowledge searching so that those who don't know anything at first may learn it, and those who don't comprehend it can get acquainted with it. Humans known as instructors or educators are necessary to enlighten and educate others. The library research technique is used in this study with the goal of gathering data pertinent to the issue or subject under investigation. Research papers, scientific publications, scientific articles, theses, dissertations, laws, rules, yearbooks, encyclopedias, and other written sources—both printed and electronic—are the sources from which the material was gathered. All things considered, the writers may draw the conclusion that philosophy serves as a solid foundation for improving instruction in classrooms. Teachers who are supported and modeled in the teaching and learning activities in schools, particularly in the classroom, may find assistance from educational philosophy in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as educators
