Abstract
This research article examines the complex interplay between human rights and terrorism within the context of India's foreign policy. It explores how India's commitment to upholding human rights is challenged by the need to address terrorist threats effectively. The article analyzes key cases and events to illustrate the dilemmas faced by India in balancing these priorities. Additionally, it evaluates the effectiveness of India's counter-terrorism strategies in upholding human rights standards. The study concludes by proposing recommendations for India's foreign policy to navigate this challenging terrain successfully.
