Pages: 407-418
Abstract
The practice of using a surrogate mother is not novel in India. The industry of commercial surrogacy, sometimes known as "womb for hire," is thriving in India. Customers who are ready to pay less often go to India because of the country's English-speaking culture and low prices. This research seeks to answer the questions, "Why is newline surrogacy necessary?" and "What are the legal and human rights concerns associated with newline surrogacy?" She obviously had had a kid before being offered to be a surrogate. The age range for her must also be 25-35. There can be no surrogacy procedure without a surrogate. It is important to highlight that the right of a woman to act as a surrogate is not recognized in any international or national legal papers.
