Abstract
In order to reinforce the legal framework that is essential to the development of e-commerce in India, there is a pressing need for dynamic and efficient regulatory systems. It has long been said that India's lax cyber security regulations and lack of an effective regulatory framework for e-commerce are to blame for the numerous obstacles that Indians and the e-commerce sector confront in achieving a consumer- and business-friendly e-commerce environment. In order for the rapidly expanding business module to be able to adhere to the current laws typically applied to business transactions in conventional modules, the legal community in India needs to have the appropriate experience to educate entrepreneurs and customer.
