Leadership styles and their role in enhancing job satisfaction in Algerian institutions

Abstract
This research paper aims to identify administrative leadership styles and their role in enhancing job satisfaction in Algerian institutions. A descriptive approach was used for this purpose, in addition to a field study distributed over 84 questionnaires as a data collection tool from the institution under study. The SPSS program was also used to uncover leadership styles and their role in enhancing job satisfaction in Algerian institutions, as well as the most important factors influencing this.
