Abstract
Occupational bullying is one of the behaviors that spread widely among workers, which unfortunately carries profound negative effects on the psyche of the individual and his future and on the climate of the organization alike, as bullying affects the most important element that any organization possesses, which is the human element, and bullying is one of the repeated acts throughout Time, which involves an imbalance in the balance of power for the person with the greatest power, and bullying may occur through verbal or physical assault, and other aggressive methods that aim to harm another person with the aim of controlling him, and bullying may be secret or overt as it is always It is a bad condition that affects the professional and personal life of the individual.
