Abstract
The defense of the concept of the marginalized self and its relationship with power and knowledge requires placing the technology of power at the service of the humanization of punishment and what relates to the anthropological human being. The self in the theatre of justice (justice and punishment), in order to protect rights and defend the body in prisons, it is necessary to integrate scientific knowledge into judicial practices, starting from the position of the body and its relationship to power and knowledge, emphasizing an archaeological exposure of Western civilization and that it is not a fixed law; but rather scientific knowledge.
