Professional stress and its relationship to performance among managers of football sports clubs

Abstract
The study aims to identify the degree of professional pressure and the level of performance of managers of football sports clubs and to highlight the type and nature of the relationship between the degree of professional pressure and the level of performance. The researchers relied on the appropriate correlational descriptive approach to the research. The research sample is a survey sample of the study population. The number of members of the study sample ranged from 75 marchers, the tool used in the study is a questionnaire form. The results of the study found that the degree of occupational stress is low among sports club managers and their level of performance is high. There is an inverse negative correlation between the degree of occupational stress and their level of performance.
