Protecting children of unknown parentage through the sponsorship system In Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian legislation

Abstract
This study comes to answer a problem related to the protection of child abusers within society, and to find practical and effective solutions to reduce the negative effects of the phenomenon, and to be more protective of the child whose lineage is unknown or abandoned. Since the practical reality has proven that the sponsorship system, despite its advantages, is plagued by some shortcomings and impurities that the legislator must remedy, this research paper came to answer questions about revealing the aspects of protecting vulnerable children in Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian legislation through the sponsorship system? And to what extent? The effectiveness of the legal sponsorship system, theoretically and practically, in providing legal protection for child abusers?
