RETROSPECTIVE APPROACH TO COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FACTORS OF ORPHANS AND SOCIAL ORPHANS

Abstract
Today, among the categories of the population in need of special care - orphaned children and children without
parental care, there is a special place. The main task of the society is to bring children to adulthood as fully healthy - minded
citizens, able to adapt to collective life and to integrate into them a variety of life skills as well as professionalism in their skills in
later social situations.
According to world experience - orphaned children and children without parental care, mainly temporarily settled in
boarding houses, shelters or boarding schools for each child quickly before finding a family: children orphanages, children's
(infant) homes, general boarding schools, boarding schools for children with disabilities are directed to knowledge and education
without interruption from society.
In this paper, the author tried to implement a retrospective approach to the comparative analysis of factors of etymology
and social etymology. In Uzbekistan, an analysis of the historical stages of formation of relations between society and the state
for orphans and social orphans are presented.
