Review of Exploring Customers' Perceptions and Challenges of E-banking Services in Public and Private Banks

Abstract
The banking sector plays a crucial role in the economy, offering a range of financial services to individuals and businesses. The sector comprises public and private banks, with different ownership structures and regulatory frameworks.Customers' perceptions of the banking sector can vary depending on the type of bank they deal with, namely public or private. Public sector banks are owned and operated by the government, while private sector banks are owned and operated by individuals or corporations. This study aims to explore customers' perceptions of the banking sector in public and private banks. It will analyze the factors that influence customers' perceptions, including trust, security, convenience, and customer service. The study will use a mixed-methods approach, including a survey of customers of public and private banks, as well as interviews with bank employees and industry experts. The survey will collect data on customers' perceptions of various aspects of banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, and customer support.
