Abstract

The study sample consisted of 40 students (20 practitioners and 20 non-practitioners), females and males. After processing the data using the statistical packages for the social sciences program, the study reached the following results:
Recreational activity program for secondary school students contributes to reducing social anxiety
Practicing recreational sports activity helps secondary school students achieve mental health.
-There are differences in the level of social anxiety among students who practice recreational sports activity compared to their non-practicing peers.
