Dipjit Paul
Pages: 4103-4109
Abstract
This exploratory essay seeks to document the evolution of public art in India. The growth of local graffiti and street art culture and the planning of several street art events depend on this knowledge. The organizational framework of festivals like this often leads to partnerships with local agencies that may help bring about a citywide or neighborhood-wide immersive experience. This article will attempt to argue that individuals, working in tandem with and negotiating with different government organizations, are crucial to the production, appraisal, and acceptance of street art. It's also great for designers, grassroots politicians, singers, and fans of fine and street art. This study examines graffiti's development via different states of awareness to prove that modern graffiti is a good example of integral art.
