Abstract
The act of a leader decides its organization future. Leader is not only responsible for leadership or guidance but also to move his team in right direction. Achieving goal, or profit is offcourse an ultimate objective but this should include ethical concerns. Trust is the willingness of the trustor to rely on a trustee to do what is promised in a given context, irrespective of the ability to monitor or control the trustee, and even though negative consequences may occur.(Aljazzaf etal.2010)
Building trust in team is a difficult task for a leader. Today corporates, society, individual relations are loosing trust with each other. Lack of trust and hurdle to build trust is a very problematic matter for society and corporates. It is necessary for both leader and follower to build trust for each other.
Ramayana may be a great example of building trust by a leader. This paper presents a solution to corporates for trust building and effective leadership.
