This research aims to reach how social networking sites contribute to the consolidation of fashion among Algerian youth. One of the results reached is that the liberal concept of the body promoted by social networking sites remains relative in contrast to submission to the societal values surrounding the researchers. As for the issue of dress, although it is in constant reproduction in keeping with fashion, it remains within the limits of positions and representations acquired from social upbringing that do not give free rein to the bodies of individuals.
