Abstract
This research is an attempt to highlight the efforts of an Algerian scholar in Qur'anic studies and in the service of Rush's narration in particular. The Qur'anic readings appeared in the Islamic Maghreb at an early time with the arrival of the conquerors and Rush's narration was introduced to Algeria by divine scholars, and Algeria is still the birthplace of scholars and readers who carried the torch of knowledge from generation to generation, among these scholars is Dr. Haroun bin Rabih bin Sadiq Kihal, and I tried in my research to study the book “Taqiyad al-Mutlaq” and highlight its main features as an applied model for this study.
