Abstract
This study explores the use of interrogative forms in the Prophetic sayings (Hadith) and examines how the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) employed interrogation as an educational and directive tool. The research aims to analyze the various types of interrogative statements and their functional implications in the Prophetic discourses, such as those used for clarification, motivation, or prompting self-reflection. The Prophetic interrogatives are characterized by their eloquence and simplicity, taking into account the audience's understanding and needs, which makes them an effective means of communication and a tool for reinforcing the intended meanings. This study highlights the significance of interrogatives in conveying Islamic values and teachings, clarifying concepts, and fostering understanding and interaction among the audience.
