The Reality of the Use of E-learning platforms in the Algerian Educational System: A Survey Study of a Sample of Primary School Learners in 2023

This paper aims to identify the reality of the use of e-learning platforms in Algeria for the primary school level, through a sample of learners. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher conducted scientific interviews that served the questions and objectives of the study, answered by a sample of 100 learners. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to answer the study questions, where she concluded that there is a lack of use of e-learning platforms by learners due to the lack of the available platforms to meet their educational needs.
