The influence of Ambidextrous leadership and strategic awareness on the Perma model of worker welfare

Abstract
The research aims to know the extent of the influence of ambidextrous leadership and strategic awareness on the Perma model for the welfare of workers, and to indicate which of the two companies is the best in directing and investing the dimensions of the concepts of (ambidextrous leadership), (strategic awareness) and (Perma model for the welfare of workers), but the problem that it faces Organizations working in the field of communications in the contemporary business environment with a digital orientation and a network economy from the intensity of competition and the acceleration of electronic developments and the poor access to resources, so the research focused on (the General Company for Communications and Informatics, the General Salam Company), as an intentional sample was chosen that amounted to The number of leaders is (273) for the General Communications Company and for the Peace Company. The sample of leaders included (47) people according to the law (Herbert Arkin), and the comparative analytical descriptive approach was followed, the information was collected through a questionnaire, and the program (SPSS, V.24) was used in the application of the methods Statistical, the research reached the most important results, which is the interest of the senior leaders in the surveyed sample in the dimensions of ambidextrous leadership, strategic awareness, and the Perma model for the welfare of workers, as well as the presence of a significant effect of leadership Care and strategic awareness in the Perma model for the two companies investigated and that it is a direct effect and that the ambidextrous leadership and strategic awareness and the Perma model for the well-being of workers explain a higher percentage of the General Peace Company, while the ambidextrous leadership and strategic awareness and the Perma model for the welfare of workers explain a lower percentage for the General Company for Communications and Informatics.
