Abstract
Social media integration into contemporary organisational structures is accelerating rapidly, transforming into a productive force within the corporate environment. This research delves into the evolving role of social media and other technological tools in the staffing functions of organisations. It specifically examines the emerging trends and anticipated changes in recruitment practices, highlighting the shifting paradigms in employment processes. The findings indicate a significant evolution in using digital tools such as video resumes, cover letters, and social and professional networking platforms for recruiting purposes. These changes reflect a broader trend towards the digitalisation of human resource practices. The study forecasts a notable shift in the approach towards hiring, influenced heavily by the growing dominance of social media in professional settings.
