Abstract
On August 4, 2009, The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 was passed by the Indian Parliament and went into force on April 1, 2010. The purpose of this research was to find out how well MADHYA PRADESH's educators, parents, and students know and grasp RTE's requirements. All children between the ages of 6 and 14 are guaranteed a free and appropriate public education under the terms of the Act. The issue at hand is whether or not the government was successful in achieving its goal by enacting the Right to Education Act. By suggesting measures, the government may do right now to improve the Act's implementation in the state, here are some suggestions.
