The current research aims to test the role of virtuous leadership in improving administrative transparency at the headquarters of the National Retirement Authority, as well as diagnosing the level of the retirement authority’s interest in the research variables and its dimensions, to come up with a set of recommendations that contribute to improving its practice and adoption of these variables, based on the importance of variables in administrative thought as well as On the urgent importance of the retirement authority and its employees and leaders, the research adopted the descriptive analytical method in completing its chapters and discussion, as the research was applied at the headquarters of the National Retirement Authority. (170) questionnaires were distributed, (161) were returned), and (160) questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis, and the research used statistical programs (AMOS V.26, SPSS V.26) to analyze the primary data with (arithmetic mean, normal distribution test, analysis Exploratory factor, confirmatory factor analysis, test of validity and reliability, standard deviation, coefficient of relative variance, relative importance, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression coefficient, regression coefficient of Multiple, mediator structural modeling test) to test the research hypothesis. The statistical analysis showed a number of results, the most prominent of which was the resort of the National Pension Agency to employ the practices of its virtuous leadership in improving the level of administrative transparency by directing it with prudence and asceticism, as well as improving information sharing and providing real and essential information by adopting justice and asceticism, prudence and courage, as well as guiding humanity to improve accountability, and prudence to elevate confidentiality.
