Abstract
This paper aims to try to consider the human need for interpretation, and then, to invest the term worldview as a practical tool to approach interpretation between the two halves of philosophy and method. The theory of seeing the world appears in terms of being a model for human understanding of the world, just as interpretation is defined as an attempt to discover the sensible and interrogating the world, extrapolation of various phenomena, and then, an understanding of meanings, systems and theories. Accordingly, the legitimacy of the approach between seeing the world and interpretation as a method and philosophy lies in the human need to analyze, understand and visualize the world, which is called “vision of the world”, or let us say, understanding the world. Destiny or that, in its relentless attempt to discover the world and justify positions and interpretation of existence and its interaction with the environment in which it exists, and according to a vision of the world the individual deals with and contributes to the process of his self-formation, imposing his intellectual reflection and his ontological position, and accordingly, the idea of conceiving the world from which the individual starts, seeks to form an idea About the home in which it is located and the position it takes towards it. From here, every view of the world differs according to the angle of view itself that a person adopts, and whenever the angle differs, the different perception expresses a difference in perception and the meaning resulting from it, and since the angle of view is diverse and multiple, every view of the world is, at least implicitly, an interpretation and understanding of this world. It is at the heart of the legitimacy of the hermeneutical visionary approach to the world. Therefore, this approach specifically aims to clarify the difference in tastes and the differentiation in horizons with the possibilities of overlap and interaction. The world is transformed into a conflict of perceptions and, consequently, into a conflict of interpretations, as long as the will of truth determines the pattern of representations that are identified. Therefore, the philosophy of interpretation represents the world, and the world appears before it as something that is revealed by its will and existence. It seeks to theoretically encompass this world.
